How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, tap “Checkout” and enter your name, phone number and address. Our team will call you to confirm the order. You can also order via WhatsApp.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh. Check the product when it arrives, then pay. For some items only the delivery charge may be collected in advance.
How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
Usually 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–5 working days outside Dhaka. Delivery is free on orders of ৳2,000 or more. You’ll see the charge for your area at checkout.
What if I don’t like the product or there is a problem?
You can return defective, damaged or wrong items within 7 days of delivery. Contact our helpline or WhatsApp — we’ll exchange the product or refund you.
